The EncryptTitan Outlook Add-In allows users to send secure emails easily from their Outlook client. Once successfully deployed, the EncryptTitan Outlook Add-In is available in the Outlook desktop client and web application. Note that deployment time may vary depending on your environment.
Important
If you are already using EncryptTitan and have a Managed Email Security license, additional configuration is required on your email server for the EncryptTitan Outlook Add-In to function.

If you have an Advanced Managed Email Security license, no additional configuration is required on your email server for the EncryptTitan Outlook Add-In to function.
Once you have completed the mail server configuration, or updated your mail server configuration if already using EncryptTitan, follow the steps below to deploy the EncryptTitan Outlook Add-In.
Log in to your Microsoft 365 admin center and go to https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home#/Settings/IntegratedApps.
Select Upload custom apps and the Deploy New App screen displays.
On the Upload apps to deploy form:
From the App type dropdown menu, select Office Add-In.
Under Choose how to upload app, select Provide link to manifest file, and enter: https://access.encrypttitan.io/o365/manifest.xml
Select Validate and Next.
On the Add users screen:
From Assign users, select who you want to deploy the EncryptTitan Outlook Add-In to. As best practice, it is recommended to deploy to a single user first before deploying to the wider organization to confirm successful deployment.
Select Next.
Review the information on the Accept permissions request screen, and select Next.
Select Finish Deployment, and the EncryptTitan Outlook Add-In will deploy.
